Tenant organizer lets you easy organize your Tenants and Service Providers Lists.
Should you have a problem in the leased property, this is the application which will help you call service providers and sort it out. You can call, text or e-mail the service providers.

Application is also appropriate for homeowners aiming at organizing their service providers. To do so, choose Settings and swich to a single property. Then, you can create your provider lists.

In next version there will be Payment organizer - calendar with reminders presenting how much you owe and others owe you, and when is the due date.
